"I first came across the music together program probably close to 20 years ago as a young nanny. I was so impressed with the theory behind it and the way the children were all so engaged in it that I made sure every family I worked with after that was introduced to the program as well and I truly believe it has helped all of the children I cared for develop a true appreciation for music from an early age. It’s definitely not your typical “wheels on the bus” kind of program which was very refreshing. I have taken children to classes in 3 different states and while the curriculum is the same, the classes are always varied due to the personality of person teaching the class and my favorite teacher by far is Ms. Briana in Washington Heights. Briana is amazingly patient with children of all ages and has a true gift for presenting music in a way that captivates her young audience. All the kids love her and look forward to going to music class every week. They love her enthusiasm, the songs and the opportunity to try out different instruments and make lots of noise!
